Saint-Julien 3e Cru Classé. De grootste en meteen ook één van de meest consistente crus classés van Médoc. De Lagrange 2016 is een blend van 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot en 6% Petit Verdot (deze laatrijpe druif deed het uitstekend hier). Expressief en aangenaam van geur met aroma’s van zwarte bessen, donkere kersen en specerijen. De structuur is erg goed met strakke tannines die in evenwicht worden gebracht door frisse en pittige zuren. Heel levendig en aantrekkelijk, met een zuivere en expressieve finale. Een grote Lagrange.
